I will never return here. I needed a crown last year (the first so I didnt know what to expect) and it took 3 tries (3 crowns) and 8 dentist visits over 6 months before the dentist told me my tooth died and that I needed a root canal or an extraction. The dentist had actually cemented the first crown on but then said it was a bad fit so he had to drill and chip it off for over 20 minutes of significant trauma to the tooth. This procedure was very traumatic and caused significant pain that never went away and eventually caused the tooth to die and it became infected. The dentist, Dr. Chen had even joked with the dental assistants about who was to blame. The crown cost $1700, the root canal was $2900 with an Endodontist. I tried to get a refund but after months of back and forth they refused. I was told that this has happened many times (the crown not fitting and having to be removed and a crown failing) as if this was supposed to be comforting. They seem to have a high rate of misplacements and failures. I will never return to this business.
