Dr McQuitty and staff somehow, miraculously made the fact that I was getting 5 crowns in 4 days as pleasant (and successful) an experience as it could possibly have been. I felt totally respected, taken care of and moved through the process from the person who booked the appointments to the assistants and technicians through Dr. McQuitty. Personable and professional. State-of-the-art. 5 stars in every way. Thank you all.

Called on November 18th to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I spoke to Margaret on the phone and she schedule me for a cleaning on 12/7 at 1:00pm, she sent me over the new patient packet via email. I filled out and sent back same day. I walk in the day of my appointment and the receptionist tells me that there is no appointment scheduled and Margret isnt here today so Im out of luck. Lets just say I wont be a new patient of this practice and will take my business elsewhere.

I have seen Dr. McQuitty 3 times during COVID, the staff is quite experience in following appropriate protocol for safety, everyone working there is currently vaccinated, I felt very safe. The work that has been done has been painless, even receiving several shots of anesthetic, carefully explained and followed through. They have top notch technology which means that they have their own lab and my bridge was removed and crown created within 3 hours. I am quite pleased.
