        I lost my phone and didnt answer their confirmation text message so they canceled my appointment. Its hard to take off work and I lost an afternoon because they gave my appointment to someone else which is unfortunate because during my appointment I was hoping to get info and relief of a tooth that was previously worked on. They did offer to reschedule but it was four months later. Other than that, they had been fine and my hygienist was top notch.
