I rode from Houston to Santa Fe about two years ago on my 2003 Ducati Monster. It took a toll on me and my Monster. I made it to Santa Fe but I need a quick repair to make it back to Houston. The guys at SF BMW took care of my bike the very same afternoon. Super knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and quick. Now that I finally moved here, hope theyll take care of my Triumph (sorry BMW)

I advise caution and recommend considering alternative dealerships for your BMW motorcycle needs, especially if you're interested in the 2021 BMW S1000XR. The negative customer reviews surrounding their communication practices are unfortunately accurate based on my experience. My journey began with promise after submitting their online inquiry form. I received a prompt response from a representative named Susan, who assured me that their Motorcycle Manager, Sam Serrano, would be in touch shortly. However, this initial interaction was the peak of their communicative efforts. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email over the following days, my efforts were met with a consistent lack of response. Even a follow-up message to Susan remained unanswered. This level of customer service is not only disappointing but also undermines the professionalism expected from a dealership affiliated with the BMW brand. As an avid supporter of BMW, it is disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer engagement, which is crucial in maintaining brand loyalty and reputation. In light of this experience, I feel compelled to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau and inform BMW USA directly about the subpar service provided by this dealership.

Called to inquire about a motorcycle for sale, salesman seemed put off by the call but did send pictures. Decided I wanted to buy the motorcycle and called and spoke to the General manager Patrick. Let him know I wanted to buy the bike and just wanted him to get eyes on it and let me know if he was firm on the price. Explained that I just need to ship to California. Said he would call back and never did. Seems these guys dont think someone out of state is serious or only want to sell to New Mexico residents. I guess my California cash isnt the same currency the rest do the USA uses. Sorry disgrace for customer service. Especially from a general manager. Im not sure if this is a dealership or a motorcycle collector because it seems to be impossible to spend your money here. Judging from the other review here they dont care to do business with people outside New Mexico. Take the BMW sign down and call it Patricks garage if youre not in the business of selling bikes.

I bought a used 07 1200GS from and individual a few months ago and took it to Santa Fe BMW last week (1/26/24) to get new tires put on that I had bought for myself online and a 40 point check out on the bike. I called and spoke with Sam Serrano and he was informative, easy going and helpful on the phone. When I took my bike in he and the tech were very accommodating to my schedule and able to get everything taken care of at even less expense than the original estimate. I was fortunate to have the repair records for the bike from another BMW dealership and when I provided them to Sam he was able to give a clear understanding of what I can anticipate for expenses going forward and to confirm that it was up to date on all recalls. The best part of the experience for me was that there was no pressure whatsoever by Sam to do any additional work on the bike immediately, but rather just informed suggestions of things to be addressed at some point and assurances that the bike was safe and in good working order. I can recommend this shop without hesitation!
