Poulin Design Center is in fact quite pricey, but if this is the route you go, I can confirm the contractors work (Paul & Chris) was amazing! Paul & Chris were extremely professional, friendly, trustworthy, and they both made me feel very comfortable with them and the fact that they spent several weeks in my home. The job they did with remodeling both my showers was excellent and I couldn't be happier. If you're lucky enough to have these two contractors assigned to your project, you won't be disappointed. On June 17, 2021, I gave a 5-star review regarding the work completed in my home, which still was great, and I have no issue with the contractors sent at that time, however, this most recent review is in regard to a recent experience. On Monday, November 27, 2023, I called the Santa Fe office and reported that I was having some issues in my shower. The woman was unable to locate my account, I pulled out my contract and provided my job #, and she told me someone would be in touch. As of today December 6th, a week of not being able to use the shower, still no one has contacted me. My husband finally took time off work to fix the issue himself. I'm not sure after $25K that the promise of a lifetime warranty is worth anything if you can't anyone to even return your call. Extremely disappointed!!

We started working with Taunya Frank of Poulin late last summer. She did an amazing job of helping us select cabinets, a countertop and backsplashand designed the space so that it had maximum work area and storage! Its bright yet cozy, and it looks fabulous. She also located a gorgeous remnant piece of granite for us to install on our banco/ fireplace hearth. It came out looking fabulous. Further, we were so very impressed with the installation. Poulin insured that everything was on site and correct before starting demolition, which shortened the length of time we were kitchenless to 3 weeks. Our lead installer, Jason, is a joy to work with: he is smart, precise AND efficient, and he communicated with us throughout. The end result truly exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend Poulin.
