        Worst closing ever. We all learned from the experience. 1 hour later they called me to have me come back to sign an IRS document for the 1031 exchange transaction & I said ok. My husband said they should come to where we were. Suddenly, it could be signed via DocuSign. Fact check me. We only used them because sell closed there 8 years ago. Shouldve been easy. The knowledge-base staff must have taken the day off work on our closing. However, I was told about a restriction on the deed a few days earlier on the phone. I arrived 20 min early to get a title issue resolved pre-closing. Closer was late getting back from lunch. The staff was simply uninformed about simple issues.
