Richard Reeves was our agent on our recent purchase of property at Rainmakers, Alto, NM. Jeff listed and sold our house about six months ago. We appreciated how thoughtful and knowledgeable he was about the area and market. He helped us navigate through the process of preparing it for market too, by setting up a spread sheet so we could track and communicate through google docs. Everything was handled well & our house sold for more than our property mgr. was willing to list it. He saw the value, helped us highlight that value. We can't recommend him & his team more!!!!
