I called to replace obtain a new policy, the team answered the phone promptly and despite having a heavy workload of policy rewrites due to the fires, put my new policy in place within 24 hours at a fair price.

I have been a client here many years, when this was High Country and they used to be absolutely awesome. However, this will be my last year. I did not receive notice that the company had changed name. I discovered it after I had moved house and tried to change my address. It was almost impossible to find someone so I sent a message via the corporate website. I never heard any more. Then I received a notice from my insurance company (sent initially to my old address - but eventually got to me) that my insurance had lapsed and been canceled due to non payment. I was able to get it sorted out with the insurance company directly (not this agency). That's the worst possible customer service I've ever experienced and I'm looking for a new insurance agent.
