        I had a terrible experience here having been left on the hook for over 2 months being told my return was in the works and never was answered and pushed off and almost lost my home. I was then moved to someone else in the company and was please by their service until I received an improperly done return and a bill with no response to my questions. Would not recommend.

        THE WORST! Cheryl is sweet but the other receptionist they have Laurie needs to be fired like yesterday. I called in asking about their services because I was interested in giving them my business and being a potential client and Laurie kept asking "Why are you calling I am confused?" So I thought she just had not had her morning coffee and I stated again "I am looking to be a client, I saw online you offered tax services and bookkeeping. " So she said again "Okay but why are you calling?" I have never experienced a more rude and confused front of the house receptionist and it was extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER do business with Scott Northam CPA after that. Then after going in circles 5 more times and me stating in as many different ways as possible CAN I GIVE YOU MY MONEY OR BE A CLIENT? She hung up on me! Absolutely not, there are plenty of other professional CPA's I will happily take my business elsewhere.

      as with any negative review, the whole story isn't being presented. it's usually skewed in favor of the commenter.. however, as a professional, I do not discuss or comment on current or former clients in an open, public forum.
