        I went there today I had a flat tire, and was there for almost 4 hours. One of the workers was in the waiting room speaking with some other people when they could have been working on my car.

        They closed 3 hours early due to reportedly being short staffed. I'd go use either Big O or Chuck's Tire, they rock. So, I have to say, a lot of the results you get with a place have to do with who you deal with and can very depending on day. A few days after my bad experience, I went back for another reason for a neighbor and the prices on batteries are AMAZING! Especially compared to some other places I have used recently. Now time will tell quality as compared to others. Mark Heinemann is very helpful and sometimes great prices are worth it.
