Marisela attended my boyfriend and I. & we were not happy with her customer service. She failed at explaining the whole process I had to ask all the questions & when I did she seemed bothered & didnt seem like she knew the answers. We got overcharged on taxes with no reason at all. I also asked about the promo that they were having which was the free iPad or Apple Watch, she verified with me that I wasnt going to pay & now were getting charged for an extra line + monthly payment to pay off the iPad.

The two ladies I talked with were easily frustrated with me. There was a bit of a communication barrier on where the message they send to your phone goes. By the way its a text. The store itself is limited on the range of phones per model. They carried only the lowest memory phones in the Samsung line.
