Eclipse Water Well Services LLC

We called Eclipse when our well stopped producing on Sunday. Had called our regulars but no answer because they were all closed - except Eclipse. Although, due to very cold weather, they could not immediately appear. They did provided excellent customer service over the phone and got us up and running. I really appreciated their compassion and strong desire to help us in a time of need. I will not hesitate to call them for our next well issue. Service: Pump repairs & installation

Leon is a credit to his profession. He is personable, honest, prompt, knowable, and highly skilled. I recommend him without reservation to do any well related installations or repairs.

Pretty sure that arguing with someone on Google Reviews is evidence of your malpractice. Anyone reading this should be aware that this service not only wrecked our water pressure/system but also threatened to "come there right now and charge you to prove we didn't do anything". Very unprofressional, will go ahead with BBB complaint. If they respond again you know they are covering up a mistake they refuse to pay for. Use another service. Also the customer should always be right, not the provider, stand by your service, don't be an authoritarian. The Attorney General has been contacted about your behavior, please act accordingly.

I cannot comment on the value, because I haven't been billed yet, but the service was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Leon thoroughly explained the situation with my water pressure tank and quickly took care of the problem, also researching and determining that my well is not a candidate for a hand pump, although assuring me I have a good well. I was also informed that they were going to insure the well is in my name, as it hasn't been unknown to me. These people are terrific! Service: Pump repairs & installation
