        Had my wood splitter serviced there. Living over a hour away the staff helped me troubleshoot some issues over the phone before I made a long trip. Very friendly and professional this my go to from now on

        I took in a Generac generator for warranty work since the pull rope failed in 3 weeks. They never called me to say the work wasn't covered instead they just fixed it and I had to pay for the repair. The part was around $35 dollars but the labor made it over $100. I could have bought the part and fixed it myself but I assumed the warranty would cover it. I wasn't given the opportunity so, I don't believe they did the right thing. I told them I would be writing a review so here it is!!
