We hired DesignCo to rebuild our back porch roof. They used inferior wood and did a so-so job of installation. The paint job was unsatisfactory. We paid $2,000.00 for a poor job. We are repairing their work including repainting. Do not hire this company.

Its been 5 years now since they have done my roof and they did okay work was a little disappointed and tired of telling them that certain things werent getting done so i gave up. Still have leaks in 2 areas of my house due to ducts they were supposed to remove and gutters werent installed right. I also found out 2 of their previous employees were doing some shady stuff and using another roofing company for advertising. I'm hoping this can be resolved and hoping the owner Russell Hawks can honor this mistake.

No one is ever available to talk, staff does NOT return voicemails. We had our roof done by Russell and his crew only a few months ago and we are very dissatisfied by the job they did. The overall quality of work was absolutely TERRIBLE and had to be completely re-done due too poor execution the first time. The current replacement TPO job is already showing signs of failure. We are trying to get them to stand by their warranty and fix our leaks that just sprung up last rainstorm, but no-one is returning our voicemails or e-mails. You've had PLENTY of time to do so. You give a bad name to roofers, or anyone who has integrity in their work. I was hoping I wouldn't have to take you to court to resolve this matter but your methods of conducting business leave me with few options. Reply to your voicemail & e-mails, there is NO excuse for how poorly you have chosen to communicate with us.
