This company has horrible management. The owner, Cornelius Smith, is unprofessional and dishonorable. They mess up contracts and fail to follow through on their promises. This company is one of the most inexperienced in the commercial cleaning industry. Save your time, money, and look elsewhere.

Clearly clean is unprofessional management. Having workers work independently. Never trained, or told what to do at the school. Having three management turn over within one month. Each one came in telling us different jobs duties. When we ask questions and getting different answers or let me get back to you and never told anything. It's a guessing game. Told to reuse cloths. That's so unsanitary, so i would use paper towels before I do that. Never have the supplies you need to do your job. Needing to rush and work hard to complete a job by 10pm. We were told by a hire manager. That we will get a other person or help. Management didn't want us to burnt out. Went from 3 to 4 people down to one person. Was told that we will have someone come help, the only help was to do the gym with 5 people and standing around and not helping with the other stuff that needs to be done. Management telling other employs to say we need to do more. New managers don't even know what needs to be done. No communication or support from management. Very unprofessional. This company expects alot and not pay you for what you do extra a two person job. Having you train people when your not a trainer or not being paid to train anyone when that's there job.
