    Service and staff is the best I've experienced ! The team is highly professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy at the service desk was great . I had a check engine light on and they ran the dionastic and gave me my options. Everything was clear and understandable and fair in price .They even checked my Warranty and the work was covered. Highly recommended and will be using them for all my automotive service.

    My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was beyond disappointing. Initially, I brought my car in due to shaking issues, and they replaced the hub bearing along with all four rotors and brake pads. However, upon their first assessment, they claimed to hear and feel nothing abnormal, which was far from the truth. It took multiple attempts and wasted days for them to acknowledge the issue, leaving me without a car for three days. Adding insult to injury, they demanded a hefty fee just to investigate a minor oil leak, which could have been resolved with a simple wipe. When I finally got my car back with new rotors and brakes, the problems persisted. Faulty brake pads necessitated yet another replacement, causing further inconvenience and another full day without my vehicle. To make matters worse, upon driving again, I noticed a shaking sensation and a humming noise from the area where they had performed repairs. Despite my concerns, they dismissed them as normal, leaving me frustrated and stranded with unresolved issues. The lack of accountability and genuine effort from the mechanics at Christian Brothers Automotive is appalling. Their reliance on computers over actual mechanical expertise is evident in their subpar service. Despite receiving a substantial payment from my warranty company, they failed to fix what they had broken, which is far from the Christian values their name suggests. In summary, I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive, especially for significant issues or anything beyond basic maintenance. Seek out a reputable mechanic who values integrity and accountability over profit margins and excuses. Not only did my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive leave much to be desired, but their response to my concerns was equally disappointing. Their excuse for the shaking issue, blaming it on my low profile tires, seemed like a convenient way to avoid taking responsibility for their inadequate repairs. My 2019 Mazda 6 drove flawlessly prior to their intervention, and attributing the issues to tire specifications felt like a feeble attempt to deflect blame. Furthermore, their suggestion to "Google" Mazda 6 forums for common problems was unhelpful and dismissive. It's common knowledge that online forums often amplify negative experiences, and using this as a justification for their shortcomings only further highlighted their lack of accountability. Christian Brothers Automotive's tendency to pass the buck rather than addressing legitimate concerns reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Update: I simply responded to your review with the facts I have. I personally witnessed your actions on our security system. I spoke to the service manager of the dealership you are banned from, who reported to me the same behavior. You declined all the work we recommended that contributed to the concerns you told us about, but that we could not identify even with you in the car. I won't go over everything again, but if you would agree to have a adult conversation, I am happy to see if we could figure the issues. As it stands, your main complaint is that we could not find a noise. If the work you did have us do is causing any issues, it is fully covered under our warranty and will be honored, what is not covered is work we didn't do. We did your brakes and replaced one part, so a general comment "left my car a mess" isn't helpful. Specifically are your brakes giving you a problem?Adam, finding an elusive noise is not easy. My technician thoroughly inspected your car and test drove it 20 miles but did not observe the noise you mentioned. My service advisor also test drove your car and then drove it with you and neither of you could find a noise. I'd love to to have found it because we make money fixing these issues, but we won't make something up. We didn't charge you a penny for any of that time. If you have any issue with the brakes we installed, it is completely cover under warranty. I'm also happy to drive your vehicle with you to see if we can figure out that noise. You do have very low profile tires that could contribute to road noise. The staff was just being honest with you about that possibility. Its the same diagnosis a local dealership gave you prior to them paying us to fix your car. Why would they do that? You also didn't have all the funds to pay us for the work we did and we let you skate on that too!the minor oil leak you speak of was substantially more than minor. I have the photo we sent you of the considerable oil build up on your engine. You also told the service advisor that you've been adding oil regularly due to the leak. The fee we charge for the clean and degrease was $140 which barely covers the nearly two hours the technician spends cleaning the engine with degreaser then pressure washing the degreaser off. We then add a dye that will assist us in finding a leak or leaks. No Napkin job is going to adequately clean the engine to be able to identify the leak. You declined this work.There are no computers that help fix the issues you have. It takes a dedicated trained technician to deal with the mess your car is in mechanically. I assure you he cares tremendously as do the service advisors your verbally abused on each of your visits. My staff did their best to address your concerns. As I stated above, any work we performed is under full warranty and we would gladly redo anything that failed. I know you are not welcome at that dealership, but I'm not going to do that If you need any assistance in the future I will personally deal with you. My staff does not need to take abuse, but I'm the owner. I'll help you. In the future, understand we are there to help. We do not work to cause issues. A civil conversation makes it much easier to address your concern. I witnessed all your interactions on our security camera and my team was more than gracious.
