Called them to look at my Hyundai, they were not too sure if they could because they had no mechanic at this location. Then said...yes we can...waited til Friday, no one looked at it at the appointment ( 1:30 ) time. Called them on Monday upset they never came out. They then told me they could not come out, they don't do mechanical work here. Kinda sucks huh?

Had some hit my driver side of my car. Submitted to my insurance. Car Crafters did the repair. They did great job. They said it would take a week it took 2 days more but what mattered was their courtesy and customer service. My car door looks just like new.

After being in a car accident, they found more damage then I expected. Professional and awesome customer service. My whole front end that was damaged. Looks just as new as the day I bought my car. I am impressed Looks better than I expected. I was a tad bugged because it did take a little longer than the estimated time, however after seeing my car restored, it was well worth the wait. I would go back to this location if I ever need to again in the future. Paint - spot on Moving parts - as new as the day I drive it off the lot Customer service - Amazing all the way around. Everyone I had contact with really took pride in their work. Thank you all who had a part in fixing my car. Even thebgal at the front desk was patient with me bugging about when my car would be ready.
