The service with SAFCU is always personal, professional, efficient, and friendly. We use online and mobile banking for the most part but anytime we need assistance, whether by phone or in-person, it is ALWAYS a 5-star, positive experience.

HORRRRRRRRIBLE COMMUNICATION. 5 phone calls and 2 emails with no response? Are you kidding? What kind of professionalism is this? I try to obtain information, and am promised phone calls after an individual gets off their current call, or from someone in the department after I call again, all with no luck. Emails go unreturned also. How can I educate myself to be up to YOUR standards, if I am ghosted like a toxic girlfriend? 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Although your customer reps are professional and courteous, it would be great to have better online access to conduct the business of making principle only payments. SAFCU is an outstanding institution. Weve been members for over 25 years.
