I would like to express gratitude to the don't desk lady here. I was on a road trip and my car had been acting up, I was there before they opened just waiting outside because my body ached from sitting in the car. Before they even open the kind women opened the door and so sweetly invited me in. I unfortunately could not afford the service fee without a guarantee it would be fixed but she was still sweet as can be and offered me coffee and a few places to call that might be able to help me get the problem diagnosed. Without her I would not have known that the car parts place across the street has been known to take a quick look and offer advice. Because of that recommendation I was able to fix my car. She is an incredible human and I'm so mad I never got her name. Beautiful brown hair and a gorgeous smile, her kindness truly helped ease my frazzled nerves from being so far from home with car trouble. She deserves a raise or a big bonus or a paid vacation by the company... because what she did was above and beyond. Thank you again.
