Roosevelt County Water Co-Op

Poor service and very very rude. Don't communicate at all. Not understanding of any situation outside the norm, and as the recent incident with the city shows they lack transparency and accountability. If I truly had the option to not use them as my water service I would take it in a heartbeat

They Have always been nice to me. As long as you pay something on your bill by the 9th and call before the 10th they will usually work with you. When the water gets cut off unexpected, i just go to the website, and there you will find updated information; reason the water got cut off, as to and why. I've had my water cut off several times due to non payment on time, but im learning as i go along on how to be more responsable about paying my water bill and my usage. Kind Regards Jean B

Dont work with you at all called to try to setup payment arrangements and they said they dont do that worst water company i have ever dealt with

The worst online /over the phone payment ever, website doesnt load captcha and the toll free number has horrible instructions. I know they dont deal with that but they need to get the company representing them to do something about it...
