These people are completely ridiculous. Mold, doors falling off, windows not properly installed, my hot water and gas was off for 9 days... obviously I am not the only one because I have read the comments. Also, in the ad they post it says gated and they are not lying...it's gated, but the gate never closes, there is no security checking people in and you have no extra security. The front desk people are NEVER there so don't look for help, sign the lease and you will never see them again. Maybe at Walmart but not doing their job at the office.

Dont recommend at all. Im honestly upset that I even have to put a star at all. The housing people are nice and all but the homes are in horrible condition and not kept up with at all. We moved in about a month ago and Ive been deep cleaning since then. The appliances and hardware throughout the house are literally falling apart. Theres mold in the showers. Everything is cheap and outdated. The state of the house was unacceptable and doesnt match the lease guidelines at all. I just dont get how they can hand tenants the keys to their new home without properly deep cleaning and fixing broken things first. Its disgusting. Take pictures of everything and videos so you can have evidence of the conditions of the house when its time to move out.

They will lie to you straight to your face. And they don't even care. Highly suggest looking else where to rent. House is not kept up. Doors failing of bedrooms. Had to fix myself. Best advice, run. Update. I've called and got the answering service numerous times. No call back. I've emailed. No email or contact back. This company is horrible.
