I really hate to leave a bad review for this Dental office in Roswell, La Casa Dental, because that office was excellent. The problem I have is with the business office in Portales. I made arrangements to pay the balance after my insurance company paid, and I made sure my payments were made on time as promised. My insurance company paid more than I had been quoted which left me with a credit balance of $250. I have been trying to get a refund since July. I have made several phone calls and asked in writing twice. The last time was on September23,2022. I was promised a check the following week. It's now October7,2022 and still know check. Maybe I should turn them into the collection agency.
