I CALLED to get an estimate, they came and my insurance asked for them to take pictures of what they will repair and add that to the estimate... it's been 3 months since I've been calling them and they just tell me they will come and they never! 3 months!!!!! So I'm here still waiting and nothing

Was forced to use them due to insurance. Have had to take my car and come back to get it THREE times. First time because they scheduled me on a day when they werent there. Second time because they were missing a part. Third time because they scheduled me and then decided they wouldnt be able to get to it (a full day after they had me scheduled). It is a 20 minute drive for me to get to them from my home. The unprofessionalism of scheduling somebody four times is not making me feel confident in their ability to properly replace my windshield at all.
