My original landlord recently handed over the duties of property management to Stagecoach Realty. As a tennant, and handyman, the relationship between stagecoach and I started off amicably but quickly went south. I found the communication between the office staff and the upper management (owner) was sketchy and placating. My experience is that my landlord would have been better off continuing the task of managing the property himself. Out of 11 properties on the premises, only 5 are currently occupied. No one comes around questioning about renting the vacant ones either. Maybe it is due to the Arrogant manner with which they handle their office duties. Perhaps Stagecoach Realty ought to try a different tact in their business attitude, because obviously this one is not working. ****update**** Recently spoke to management about more of the same old issues which drove them to evict me on their SECOND attempt (usually false, or embellished accusations levelled against me by one of the nosey tenants on either side of my space...burning grass from the fenceline, music too loud, arguing w my girl, and this time was accused of tearing down the fence to remove my rv from the lot. Hmm, I guess when my brother parked the rv there he must have levitated it into its space?) and was sternly chastised for voicing my opinion, my honest opinion, thru social media. I felt harassed by one tenant in particular the entire time I was there. Not a good experience, sorry.
