Don't waste your time or money on Nancy Montoya. She was extremely rude and unprofessional with my husband. She yelled at him over the phone, she said she didn't "see us building a new home" in the location we wanted. She was not our lender, and had no place to say something like that. Very rude and shady person who has no people skills.
