Pharmacy is always busy but better than Walgreens or Walmart .

It's hit or miss in terms of who is providing good customer service - some folks are nice but there is an issue in regards to an rx. Some folks will say they didn't receive an order. And if you pick up your meds, half the time there are medications missing. Had to wait ANOTHER hour because the two meds filled by the same doctor, only one they decided to bother completing. Hours and service are not the best but inconsistent on the rx - that's a major issue.

Smiths pharmacy workers lie about when their supply is coming. And when my mother went to get her pen needles for her insulin she had called before she ran out of pen needles (3 days in advance). When the day came to get them they extended the wait until 2 more days. We then said we had proof that she had called 3 days prior and that she urgently needs her pen needles, they then said they coincidentally have 1 box of the needles and it will be a 1 hour wait. Super mad at how Smiths pharmacy has treated my Mother. It's unacceptable
