Me and my husband have been clients for many years at this clinic. We have never had problems. The care is very good in all areas. They have treated us very kindly. I recommend it. Thank you all. BLESSINGS, especially to Dr. TWIILA.

Called ahead for a appointment my boyfriend's BP was 200/175 at a physical for a job the day before so that doc suggested he see his primary care.. when I called I mentioned this and the appointment was made for the next day. He had been seeing this doc for many years. We live in Alb.and Dr Aragn is in Los Lunas so it's quiet a little drive for us but it was necessary so he went. Upon arrival the same receptionist says to my boyfriend that he will have to reschedule his r for day long ago he didn't have his Medicade Card from the State on hand, she said that she would reschedule him in two days the card should be in by then if he ordered it as soon as he got home. ( Because he lost his card long-ago) NOW WHY DIDN'T SHE TELL ME HE NEEDED THE CARD WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT?? INSTEAD OF WAITING UNTILL HE DROVE ALL THAT WAY USING GAS THAT WE DON'T GIVE AWAY LIGHTLY THESE DAYS! YES IM A BIT UPSET SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED Not to mention the time it took. He ended up in the ER a few days later 175/165 We're still waiting for the State to send the Card!!!
