        Mr. Grasser purchased commercial property damage insurance for me from a third-party company but failed to mention to me that it was being financed at a rate of 25%. He signed all the required documents on my behalf but never sent me copies. He also failed to give my mailing address, but gave his own instead, so I had no knowledge of the payments being missed until I received a phone call from a collection agency for payments being missed. I have tried to call Mr. Grasser 11 times in the last 3 months and have got 0 response. I would highly discouraged anyone from doing business with Mr. Grasser or his company.
