Bloom provided flowers to my fathers widow on the second anniversary of his death. The bouquet was beautiful and cheery just like Id asked for and gave her a nice smile on a sad day. I spoke with the owner when I called and I completely understand the staffing and fulfillment issues that many small businesses are experiencing. Regardless of the challenges with staffing. I was still given time and care for the reason of the bouquet. I so appreciate bloom for providing quality flowers and delivery, even when my request was well in advance, a bit specific and they were understaffed. Keep up the good work bloom!

They delivered a beautiful rose arrangement on Valentines Day, even though I ordered it day of. The recipient loved them! It was easy to order online, the delivery driver left the arrangement in a safe place and called me to let me know the delivery was complete. Very happy with the whole experience.

Call this flower shop, Penny the owner is very, very rude person has no customer service whatsoever. I would not recommend purchasing flowers from this flower shop. When I spoke to her she was very rude. When I told her I was going to write a review on her. She yelled at me and said you go right ahead and hung up on me if you want this type of service, then go ahead and buy flowers from her. This is the second encounter that I had with her and both have been terrible. I will never call and get flowers from her ever again. It amazes me that she still in business as rude as she is. Someday she will realize that karma !!! when you are a business owner. You dont treat your clients rude or with disrespect if you want to be successful.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
