Very unprofessional. I'm a lifelong resident of Valencia County and have been going to this office for years but the dentist changed in 2018. Between 2018 & 2023 i was seeing another dentist in Albuquerque but wanted someplace closer. I was seen at MS in 2023 & then scheduled my 6mo follow up for today. When they called to reconfirm I advised Irene I'd rather not have xrays & she said shed ck with the dentist called me back and said np. When i got there the office Manager who is covered in tattoos said otherwise and then canceled my appt. after i asked why was i told different and played her the msg from my vm. I was very concerned as i had made the appt months ago & needed my teeth cleaned so decided to agree to the xrays but she said too late the hygienist has left. I did explain id be leaving a review about my experience and she could care less even said thank you. She said i could go back to whatever dentist i came from (but my last appointment was with them) She was very inconsiderate & when i asked for her name (Martha) she asked if i needed her to spell it. If you want to be treated with respect DON'T GO HERE. They don't care; Martha explained i had special needs & to go somewhere else; which was very disappointing. l guess she hasn't heard of the Americans with Disabilities Act and therefore I'm disappointed but happy to take my business elsewhere & you should too.

Staff is nice , but that's where it ends. Went in to get a couple of rough spots ground down. Then dentist ground down old fillings leaving my molars flat, because, she doesn't like silver fillings!!! Silver fillings that can only be seen by my dentist because they were in the back of my mouth! They scheduled me back 6 mos. later for a cleaning, not realizing my insurance only covered 1 in a yr. They didn't charge me but they also didn't address the broken tooth of which I was complaining about. They didn't tell me I had bone loss nor did they address my grinding issues that were causing my gums to receed. Awful practice. I wouldn't recommend for my dog let alone anybody I care about.

This place has been amazing. All the employees have just been absolutely great when the best experience of experiences of going to the dentist ever. I love these ladies! I will definitely be back. Thank you for making me feel like family
