        Ive been jack d around for years now. Went in and they refused to give me a new credit card until i paid my balance in full. I asked why and was told these are the rules. I have an appointment back at wells fargo saturday

        Judy, I think thats what her name is, is the rudest manager I have ever seen. I have seen her disrespect her employees multiple times and never had anything nice to say. How does nusenda choose their managers anyways? Shes been a problem for years. An investigation needs to happen.

        I have my mortgage through Nusenda. It was an alright process to set up my automatic payments for my mortage originally, bearable at least. However, I just set up a solar loan with them and after an hour on the phone and I'm still not quite sure how to set up automatic payments for it. There was talk about not having access to all online banking tools unless I set up a new checking account and possible fees for inactivity. The person I was talking to was as helpful as can be expected, but the rules and processes are ridiculous. All I want from a bank/credit union is someone that can hold my money electronically and let me move it around without having to get on all the time or call them. Nusenda hasn't been as good at that as I would have hoped. Unless it gets easier, I don't plan on consolidating my funds to Nusenda and will consider moving to another bank/CU when I refinance. UPDATE ------ Very soon after posting this Nusenda reached out and helped me fix the problem. It sounds like the person that helped me on the phone just didn't know what I needed, which is much less of a concern. They have the autopsy tools I expected to have access too and they were concerned about helping me get things right.

        I have been coming here for a couple years and this morning I had a terrible interaction with Desiree. Im trying to get money from my own account, and she says she needs to verify my identity by sending a code to my phone. I asked her when this became policy, she said, this is just for me because Ive never seen you before. Normally, to verify my identity they ask for my ID. It doesnt matter if shes never seen me before I have my card and pin, I deal with a different person every time I go. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, and I will speak to a manager regarding my visit.
