We worked with Thea from the very beginning of our home-buying process. I'll admit that I was skeptical of the value prop of real estate agents in the modern world going in, but Thea more than proved her worth over and over again. Thea was just wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and professional. She knows the Santa Fe and Los Alamos/White Rock markets very well. She also has an excellent referral base of contractors, etc. which was very helpful in quickly assessing what a particular repair or improvement might cost. After making many offers with another real estate agent not as familiar with the Los Alamos market, Thea was able to help me craft an offer that was accepted. We found my new home. It was just the right fit and the right price as well. I recommend Thea highly, if you are looking to buy or sell a home in Los Alamos, White Rock or Santa Fe.
