Wow! Renting this house in Los Alamos was been an absolute dream come true! From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely blown away by the sheer level of comfort and convenience provided. This place is an absolute gem and more than just a home; it's a little slice of paradise! The level of thought and attention to detail put into the furnishings and decor is exceptional. The house is not only fully furnished but beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a foodie's heaven! It's stocked with all the essentials and more, from staple ingredients to an impressive array of cookware and utensils. Plus, the variety of appliances available is mind-blowing; it's like having a professional kitchen at our disposal. Los Alamos is rustic and the house is older but still has charm. The attention to detail extends throughout the entire house, including the thoughtful accessories provided. Who knew a heated towel rack could be such a luxury? It's these little touches that truly elevate the living experience here. And let's not forget about the books and games and TV streaming package they became our go-to entertainment on lazy evenings or during gatherings with friends. One of our favorite features has to be the wine refrigerator. It's a game-changer, keeping our favorite bottles at the perfect temperature for those special moments or impromptu celebrations. Cheers to that! Furthermore, the landlord's friendly and flexible nature has made living here an absolute pleasure. They've been incredibly responsive to any questions or requests we've had, making us feel truly valued as tenants. Their hospitality has gone above and beyond, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location of the house is another huge plus. Nestled on a private cul-de-sac, it's a peaceful and quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle. All of the surrounding properties seem to be rentals so it is very quiet. Yet, the town site is just a short walk away, giving us easy access to all the amenities and attractions. Additionally, the ample off-street parking has been a great convenience for us and for guests. We can't recommend it highly enough.

My son, dog Finn and I were fortunate enough to stay in one of Olga and Andres townhomes for 60 days. The home was beautifully decorated, stocked with every amenity imaginable, and most importantly- SPOTLESS! Beds were super comfortable, closets stocked with fresh pillows and linen, in home washer and dryer, any small appliance needed- even a Keurig and k-cups! The most impressive part of staying there was how attentive and caring Olga was. What a genuinely kind and compassionate person and a wonderful resource for those new to the Los Alamos community!!!!! I know well keep in touch.

The apartment was very clean, and kitchen was stocked with some basic supplies, and a variety of cooking and serving equipment. There are games and books for children and adults. I appreciated the covered parking during the winter storm, evening hot tea, and comfortable furniture. The website is accurate and informative. The communications with landlord was easy. The apartment building is quite and safe. I highly recommend staying with losalamosflats.com if you need temporary lodging for yourself or family.

This place was perfect. It is very close to the center of town and the stores in Los Alamos, so it is easy to get anything that you may need. My boyfriend also said that LANL was very close by car. The house had everything that we needed during our stay there, especially for cooking. The bed is also super comfortable to sleep. The owner was also very helpful and nice.
