The place deserves five stars! April rocks she is so amazing it’s great to see people go way beyond their job to help someone else out! I would highly recommend this place. Also Martina is always so helpful every time my sister makes a mistake with her time she is always willing to help get the issue resolved. Thank you Consumer for having such amazing staff!!

If you need personal care services this is the place to go my coordinator April is just so wonderful she is always so helpful and goes way beyond her job I was homeless and living in a RV April got applications for me for housing and rental assistance and I know that’s not her job but for her to care more about me then my own family is absolutely amazing she helped me get back on my feet and I appreciate her so much for it she is a angel I’m glad to have her in my life she has become part of my family.

I just got off the phone with Martina and she was fantastic she is such a polite and patient young lady even when I can be difficult at times, Thank you consumer direct for having such a incredible worker like Martina she helped me understand how the system works for my time and I am extremely grateful.

This place is great I would highly recommend this place, April and Martina are such sweet and caring people, Martina and April are both very patient when we do come across some issues which I’m very grateful for as my mother can be hard to deal with at times, My mother has been with this agency going on 4 years and we would not change it for anything. Thank you for providing such great service!

Just like the rest of the reviews April is fantastic, my family and I are looking forward to when April can visit again, This place has a angel in disguise working for them, this young lady indeed has a heart of gold!
