        Georgette Dental Assistant and Dr. Valdez (raised in Mora, NM) and the financial staff are very patient kind and eager to serve in the best way they possibly can. The in-house financial plans offered for those with little or no insurance are very good also.

        This place is the absolute WORST! Do not waste your time or money here my teeth look the same exact way before I got braces and Dr. Valdez refuses to see me in regards to this. I was traveling from Alaska and Colorado for him to write me a letter stating that if I dont live in NM and see him every 3 weeks to find another dentist! I would have to pay and start the process all over again.! When he should fix his mistakes I came back to NM thinking he would see me but noooo.I called several times, left voicemails after voicemails, and still never got a call back from him! He just wants to push me off on someone else and for me to pay for it again! I have never dealt with a doctor that is SOOOOOOO unprofessional. If I could rate this place a 0 I WOULD! I wont EVER recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Your better off traveling out of little Vegas to get any dental or orthodontic work done.
