      image Worst experience ever. Went and did my taxes and when I did a follow up on the phone. I was told one thing. It sounded like I was getting double charged and numbers were thrown at me so I did the math and it didnt add up. So as a normal person with a brain would do, I went in person to clear it up. I was not welcome back in the office and Harriet denied ever saying what she told me over the phone. She got an attitude and would not even accept that she did wrong. The only thing I got out of the visit is that they got paid and it not their problem. I made the appointment and they tried to get me to cancel so they can put somebody else in my place. Gilbert the manager was a piece of work too. Tried handing me a piece of paper and rush me out the door.
