I had my roof replaced by this company a few years ago but a month later when the rains started again, there was a leak in my house. They came to repair and found that they didnt fully seal the area around the piping in the first place. The issue was addressed but that wasnt a good start. Now, a few years later, the roof is starting to drip black tar over the side of my house from the shingles and sticking to the side of the house. Ive been waiting for over a month and they have yet to get someone out here to address this issue. Theyve responded once last month but have not followed up. Black tar still dripping more and more. I hope they see this and address this issue as soon as they can. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

I had them come last year around our storm season when i noticed water damage on our ceiling. They came promptly and said they got it fixed. Since it really didnt rain after that I called it good. This year, that exact same spot is getting water damage and looks worst. Ive been trying to reach them for a month now and have gotten no response at all. Very disappointed in their business practice and i hope people take caution with this company. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I work with Atlas on projects fairly frequently. They are prompt and have good communication habits as well. Couple that with a strong warranty and people who stand behind their work and you get a winning team here in Las Cruces!
