Kayla was awesome throughout the entire process. As an out of town seller, selling a house can be very stressful. Kayla showed up within hours of my call since I only had a few hours in Las Cruces before heading back to Arizona. Kayla and her team cleaned and staged the house quickly as well as installing much needed new carpeting throughout the house, This resulted in a quick sale above asking price! Wish I could add more stars! Where to begin. Kayla was absolutely the best. From our first meeting to 6 offers and finally to closing. She rocks. We felt so supported and listened too. She was honest and help lead us in the right direction...literally. Kayla knows her stuff, and it shows. She would chime in " this is not priced right, or this Is a good deal per square foot." She was funny, professional, and a shoulder when the frustration level got high. Always Always there for us. We cannot thank her enough. We hope she will be first in the door at the house warming Christmas party. Thanks Kayla...if appropriate we love you.

We had bought our house through Hakes with the help of Zane so when it came time to sell it was an easy decision to use him again. Kayla and Zane did an amazing job at selling the home effortlessly. No longer living in town I never once had to worry I knew it was all in good hands. If I ever purchase another property in Las Cruces I will be using them!
