Portrait Place

My son had his pictures taken at the beginning of December 2020. Didn't receive the photos until the middle of January 2021 and only because I called and emailed several times. Lots of miscommunication between the photographer and the office. Photos turned out great but the customer service was sorely lacking. Unfortunately, I won't be using them again.

Had pictures taken the first week of December and I’m still waiting for my pics. Called and spoke with someone about the status of my order and she couldn’t give me an answer and then told me that they were no longer ThPotraitPlace. I wanted to see about either getting a refund or at least getting the CD so I could print the pics myself but she couldn’t help me with that because she was new and sadly got dropped in the middle of all their mess. She said she’d have her boss call me and here it is a week later and still no word. I’ve called a few times and it goes to voicemail because nobody seems to like to answer the phone...oh and surprise the mailbox is full which To me doesn’t look good on them. This is truly disappointing and heartbreaking . Take your business elsewhere if you care about having priceless moments captured and actually get the chance to enjoy/share them with loved ones. Truly heartbreaking.

Great experience taking the photos, horrible experience in getting the photos. The studio experience with Alex was wonderful, she got some great poses indoors and outdoors. The website to preview and order the poses we wanted was somewhat clunky, but I was eventually able to get my order placed. Then.....(crickets).....Two weeks plus passed without hearing anything from the studio. I called, spoke with a guy who couldn't seem to locate anything about my order with my name, eventually he said he would call Alex on vacation and then call me back. It seems like the company has good photographers, not so great office support staff.
