My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of using Laurel K. Brandi as our Real Estate Agent during the purchase of our 1st home this past winter. I am currently laying down to go to bed in my first home ever and I cant help but think of my amazing realtor @lkbrandi.re. Myself, my husband and my four children are so lucky to have met her. She was and still is so dedicated to my family and I. Laurel was ready to show me a listing the day of my request and took on our crazy time crunch as if it was a fun challenge to accomplish. We literally had 3 months to find the home of our dreams. Get the offer accepted. Go through the crazy process of inspections, piles of paperwork and loans. All the things I didnt even know would be apart of buying a home! Laurel was there every step of the way. From being with me the whole three hour home inspection to viewing more properties than I can count. She wrote us up an offer on a home one hour before the deadline. She even answered my texts and emails late at night and early in the morning. She helped us secure this very home my family now calls ours, by writing such a well thought out and strong offer.
