The staff have been very kind and helpful to me. I have had no problems with them. My psychiatric nurse practitioner, Nancy Hoffman, is kind and friendly, yet professional. She has been very valuable to me in my efforts to manage my mental health issues. She is very knowledgeable about psychotropic meds. Nancy keeps apprised of my current stress levels in order to help me avoid becoming unstable .It has been a great experience for me for the past 3 years to rely on Milagro.

Have only been going here for maybe 2 months, got told by one of the workers that the other patients “don’t like” my psychologist because she seems rude... uhhh hello it’s hard enough going to therapy and meds but now this. Completely unprofessional. Also, every single time I’ve went I’ve had to come back because they “misentered” my app info. I honestly have no idea who’s running this place but let’s get it together!

Sandra is extremely unprofessional and has questionable business ethics. After the initial intake our first 9am appointment she was 30 minutes late. Talked at me for 20 minutes then gave me a usless handout that looked like a hungover college student slaped it together an hour before class. Less than 24 hours before our next appointment the office called to tell me she wasn't comming into the office tomorrow so I had to reschedule 3 weeks from now. Aparently she has no respect for her clients time. And after two meetings she still hasn't asked why I'm there. Guess she likes listening to herself talk more. God forbid someone with more serious issues got this treatment, they might feel like killing themselves because their therapist doesn't show up to their appointments and reschedules. Sucks when you feel like no ones helping you or has time for you and it just keeps being reinforced. The worst part is I can't book with anyone else until I'm forced to meet with her again 3 week out, then wait another 3 weeks for an appointment with someone else. But who knows that'll probably never happen since she never shows up for her appointments. They also completely messed up my intake form. They got my name completely wrong, my gender wrong, my dob wrong, then listed all these medication I was taking which I'm not actually on. I don't know how they messed it up so badly, it's like someone was drunk when they input it into the computer. Tl:Dr Don't bother, they'll never show up for the appointment and you will have wasted your time. They'll also mess uo your intake form to watch for mistakes.

Rude front desk lady, very impatient and talks down to you. Seriously needs to change her attitude. Therapy sessions didn’t help really with anything. Not recommended by me
