Russell and his direct staff are great, but the receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Scheduling is always difficult, and I don't understand how adding a single-line addendum to a pre-drafted letter warrants waiting 20 minutes for a sick-note for work and being spoken to the way I was today when I was leaving. Being disrespectful to patients is bad practice.

This office is friendly, calm caring and professional. Everyone from the front desk receptionists, the Lab Techs, Nurses and of course my Doctor. I have been seeing Doctor Benevento for almost 18 years. He may run late sometimes for my appointment, but I know when he comes in to see you, you will have a through exam. He will ask you questions about your health concerns. As you talk Dr. B. will ask about how this or that is going then you remember about an ache, a pain or suffering from depression that you have going on but forgot. He doesn't push medication on you that isn't needed, and he gives you time to discuss whatever you need to talk about.
