Sign when you walk in - Waiting times can vary and can be up to 2 hours. Should say minimum 2 hour wait. Find another doctor if you dont like to wait in a small waiting room with at least 6 other people. He needs to fix his process - its not right to expect customers to wait 2 hours.

Very experienced doctor and accepts my Medicare. Ive read reviews that the wait time is long but I only wait for around half an hour every time I go.

If I could give less than one star I would bet Dina girl inside is there working in the office is the biggest baby Ive ever seen. They screwed up my prescription and I bought three glasses worth $500 I asked him to take a look at it because the prescription is not right they told me my eyes need to get used to it so I waited two weeks then I bring them back because youre not working and they told me that I can only come in during the time the technician is there so he can look at my glasses very limited time the girl Dana was a total which at the desk she would not take my glasses so that I can come back after my lunch and pick them up. If you want the worst customer service and all of Las cruces for eyeglasses go here
