I have been a customer of this agency for many years, however in the last few months, their customer service has become non existent and they have become very rude. I stayed with them out of loyalty, but after the refusal to discuss a matter with me, I have decided to move not only my home insurance but also all of my vehicles. I sadly would not recommend them to anyone anymore due to the attitudes of Bruce and Cathi.
