        Recent visit with elder mother as I returned to LC. I was shocked and disgusted with the facility. Tables/trash cans/floor/counter/ice cream freezers were dirty and gross. I don't care how good the ice cream is when the place is filthy. Notice the paint peeling into the ice cream. That can't be good. The visit was on Friday 3/22 at approximately 2pm. No reason for BR to be so filthy. Notified the health department.
