Room was dirty (mildew around shower base, floor clearly not vacuumed for some time), and although you can tell theyve recently renovated, the furniture feels cheap and much of the work seems shoddy (sloppy caulk/grout lines and tile work) and added to the feeling of dirtiness. Room was loud and a lot of light seeps in from under the door.
Breakfast was understaffed, with many items gone or missing, and they were using paper plates from Dominos Pizza because theyd clearly run out. Dont blame the employee at all, clearly a result of management.
Pool is unheated, which is fine, but the hot tub was also lukewarm at best and dirty on the bottom. Everything seemed to be falling apart just a bit.

I really like the location, it's close to everything! Good restaurants and historic Melissa, which is nice to visit. The GM Jessica was such a great help and provided us with fast and friendly service. We had several questions that she was able to answer and was very hospitable.
I will definitely be returning in the future. NM is so beautiful!

SpringHill Suites by Marriott is very clear and easy to navigate. The staff were very friendly and inviting! Jessica who I believe is the GM was very helpful and genuine. She made our stay so much better with her checking on us to make sure we had all the accommodations we needed and followed up with us. I would definitely recommend this resort to all of my friends and family and will be returning back to stay here again!
Rooms: The room was always clean and we had everything we needed during our stay.
Nearby activities: There are stores and kid friendly places nearby to enjoy!
Safety: This property feels really safe and secure.
Walkability: The hallways are clean and clear of obstructions.
Food & drinks: Places to eat are in walking distance.
