Sierra Healthcare Home Health and Hospice

We were referred to Sierra Homehealth Hospice when my mom was in the hospital. When she got home they got in touch with us right away and and scheduled their visit to evaluate her. They set her up with meal delivery, someone to help her bathe but we ended up not needing them their assistance, physical therapy and with a nurse. Diane and was awesome and knew Spanish. She answered all our questions and explained the medications so my mom could understand, her issues with her heart was very new to us. We also had Rito, Mary Frances and Taylor who came and did her PT they were not bilingual but they knew enough to get by in between what they knew and what my mom knew it worked out. We also had access to a nurse 24/7 which gave me peace of mind that if I had questions I could call and actually I did call and they were the ones that had me take my mom back to the hospital. Long story short she ended up with a pacemaker and came back home and we were able to have Diane which we really liked as her nurse again. She has since been released from their care because she is doing so much better. I would definitely recommend Sierra Home Health Hospice and from the bottom of our hearts we would like to say thank you for taking such great care of my mom Reyes. The Alvarado family.

I was in a motorcycle that required home care from a provider. Erin was an absolute wonderful nurse. Always on time, always courteous, and really cared. I am beyond grateful for all the care and attentiveness she showed me. THANK YOU ERIN!!

My dad has been in the care of Sierra Home twice, they're all great people to work with. The first time around, we had Diana T. as his nurse, & she was absolutely amazing, along with everyone else who was assigned to meet my dad's needs, Gracie & Mark. The second time around, we got Daniel W. as his nurse, & he's been pretty awesome too, Daniel is super responsive & he cares a lot. Denise helped out a lot even though she was only here twice. Valerie is pretty amazing too, she understands my dad's personal hygiene needs, & I'm super happy with her work. Everyone here has always been very prompt, & respectful of our home, family, & needs. Any issues are promptly resolved. Thank you guys!

We are currently in the care of Sierra Healthcare / Hospice for my father. It has been a very difficult journey and for the first time we feel that he is being respected. He has dignity, the nurses are so incredibly kind. I feel so assured and safe and heard with them. We have met with almost every other place in town and I cant help but think (because we share the Sierra name) that these are a form of Angels for us during this difficult time.
