    I received outstanding support and guidance from Tender Care Health. My story: My father was terminally ill & I was his sole caretaker. By coincidence, someone overheard my phone conversation regarding my father and he stepped up to recommended contacting Tender Care. I was surprised how fast they were able to take action. Within 2 hours of my first phone call, Julie S. came over to speak to my father and I, about his situation. After that, they got the ball rolling and took immediate action. Dealing with father's illness required a lot of considerations, planning and help. I would not have been able to carry all of the weight on my shoulders without the great staff and support at Tender Care. Everything went smoothly and well-coordinated for handling my father's situation. As my fathers illness steadily and consistently worsened, new challenges and questions came up - everyone at Tender Care was very experienced, supportive and helpful. I'd like to thank the following staff at TCH&H: Tina who is an outstanding and caring social worker. Tina supported me before and after my father's passing, as my fathers illness had taken a huge toll on me. Tina really made a difference for me. Julie S. for her dedicated support, coordination and recommendations in decision-making. Chaplain Andres was also a great help with my fathers passing. Monique had a very positive impact (during 2021), after fathers coma. I really can't thank the staff at Tender Care enough. I did the best I could for my father - thanks to these wonderful people.

    I wouldn't depend on this company called Tendercare. The company never communicated that there was other options to call. Tried to call our nurse and never answered. Unfortunately they have poor service. I hope I'm not wrong but all they want is business and not service. Like the previous review said unorganized.

    Highly recommend.. They are very attentive to my needs of wound care, They along with doctor resolve my issues. They arrive on time, and are always cheerful. They offer much education for self-care. Everyone of the approximately 5 nurses has been great. I want to particularly cite Cristina

    Do not let these unprofessional people anywhere near your home. They (Erica) showed up at our home yelling, accusing me of preventing anyone from entering our home, elder abuse, threatening to call adult protective services and the police all because their burner phones are sent to spam. They have a personal agenda to not help at all but find a way to report you for not having a clean home, abusing your care partner and not answering their messages. When you are a caregiver you are 24/7 caring for your partner. Erica shouted, yelled, criticized and didnt offer to help in any way. These people need to be reported, and I have, to proper agencies. When you are a caregiver you have enough on your plate without wondering if your floor is clean enough for Erica. They lie and manipulate. What they dont do is offer to help, just accuse. Avoid.
