Desert View Homes

I purchased a home from Desert View Homes. Would not recommend if you have other options. If you do go with Desert View to build your home make sure you ask alot of questions if things don't look right. Like on my house I noticed the furnace over flow pipes are on the side of every other house but mine. They put mine in the backyard and now in the summer I have water dripping in my backyard. I asked about this and they said since it's technically working they won't fix it. When I had an HVAC worker here they said they have never seen that and also the warranty guy said he was wondering why it was put like that. I later found out it was because Desert View was failing inspection so they made it work. It was my first time buying a home so I didn't know what to do or ask about. There is other low quality work inside the house as well. The people were nice and the process wasn't hard but I just would not trust their warranty and if they say they will fix it later
