        I made an online inquiry with this office to ask if they were able to handle setting up an LLC for someone who was a former client. I was told I needed to set up an appointment first which would take a month. Is that not what an inquiry is, to inquire whether something is performed in an office before going further?

      We apologize for any misunderstanding. Upon receiving your website inquiry, we tried calling you to setup an appointment, as we do form LLCs but require an appointment first to go over your planning and needs and to make sure an LLC is right for your venture. When we tried to setup that appointment, you hung up. We then followed up by emailing you to ensure any miscommunication was resolved and you did not respond. If you would like to setup an appointment to discuss LLC formation, please give us a call and we are happy to get you on our calendar at the soonest possible time. We hope that you will reconsider your negative review and we apologize for any miscommunication.
